Ashleigh Barty Wins Australian Open Singles Title

 Ashleigh Barty beat Danielle Collins in straight sets to win the women's Australian Open singles title. She becomes the first Australian to win an Australian Open singles title since 1978. 

Ashleigh will be taking home over $2 million for winning the Australian Open. At 25 years old Ashleigh Barty has won 3 of the 4 major trophies only missing the US Open.
