Evander Kane Cleared To Sign With Edmonton Oilers
Evander Kane has a verbal agreement to sign with the Edmonton Oilers. The NHL had to approve this deal after Kane's potential violations of COVID-19 protocols.
It has been reported that the deal is worth $2.1 million to keep Evander Kane with the Oilers for the rest of the season. Prior to the deal, Kane was training in the Vancouver area. He is expected to be able to play and join the team when they play the Montreal Canadiens on January 29, 2022.
