USA Barely Beats Turkey 93-92

Team USA's 2019 FIBA team is already off to a rocky start by USA's dominating standards. 

Khris Middleton saved the day by hitting his free throws late that eventually gave team USA the 93-92 victory over Turkey.

The bad news is Boston Celtics forward Jayson Tatum injured his ankle late in the game. It has not been determined how severe Tatum's injury is, but I know that Team USA's staff is going to be extra careful with him going forward. 

Team USA can look forward to playing Japan in their next FIBA game.
