Kadarius Toney Charged With Aggravated Assault In Georgia

 

Free-agent wide receiver, Kadarius Toney was arrested in Georgia on allegations that he strangled a woman during a dispute. Toney was charged with aggravated assault-strangulation and obstructing/harassing 911 calls. His bond was set at $25,000 for each count.

Toney allegedly put his hand around a woman's throat, squeezing with enough force to cause her to be unable to breathe. This resulted in red marks on her neck and petechial hemorrhaging in her eyes. He is also accused of taking the woman's phone to prevent her from calling 911 for help.
