Washington Commanders Rookie Running Back Shot In D.C.

It has been reported that the Washington Commanders rookie running back Brian Robinson was shot multiple times in Washington, D.C. Brian is currently in stable condition. 

Local law enforcement believes the running back was a victim of a robbery attempt. They currently have 2 potential suspects and a weapon was recovered.  

Director of communications for the Metro Police Department in Washington, D.C., Dustin Sternbeck stated Robinson suffer multiple gunshot wounds to his "lower extremities". 

The investigation is still ongoing.
