Eric Hosmer Will Miss At Least 2 Weeks

The San Diego Padres first baseman Eric Hosmer has suffered a broken finger in the game against the Colorado Rockies. The injury occurred while Hosmer was trying to lay down a bunt. 

It has been reported that Hosmer will miss the next 2 to 6 weeks due to a broken index finger. 

The San Diego Padres are trending towards making the playoffs for the first time since 2006.
