Will Daniel Cormier Actually Retire?

After taking an upset lost Stipe Miocic by way of TKO. Daniel Cormier is thinking about retiring from MMA fighting. 

DC claims he will talk with his team before he makes an official decision and does not want to react off emotion. 

I think Cormier wants to retire. They're not very many compelling people for him to fight next. He is 40 years old now. Overall I don't think he still has the love for fighting that he once did.

As a fan, I hope DC does not go out like that. But I think his retirement announcement is inevitable and will not fight again.
