Yankees Gleyber Torres Make All-Star Team

Due to Tampa Bay Rays Brandon Lowe being placed on the 10-day injury list. The New York Yankees infielder Gleyber Torres was named as his replacement for the 2019 AL all-star team.

Lowe took a foul ball off his leg that forced him to be put on the 10-day injury list for what is being called a right leg injury. 

Gleyber Torres is more than worthy of being a 2019 all-star this season. The 22-year-old is hitting .298, 19 home runs with 50 RBI's.
