Second-Round Draft Picks To Make Multiple NBA All-Star Teams

Sometimes in the NBA Draft, you find a diamond in the rough. I am one who believes that the players drafted after the lottery picks are not going to quality NBA players.

This list of second-round draft picks proved me wrong by making it to multiple NBA all-star teams.
