Does Tiger Woods Have A Chance At 2019 Memorial Tournament?

After missing the cut at the 2019 PGA Championship, Tiger Woods has committed to play in the 2019 Memorial Tournament at Muirfield Village in Dublin, Ohio. 

Tiger seems to have learned his lesson and will play in another tournament in between majors. After he won the 2019 Masters, he did not play another professional golf tournament until PGA Championship where he missed the cut. The next Major is the U.S Open at Pebble Beach and it is two weeks away from the Memorial Tournament.

Tiger currently has 12-1 odds of winning the Memorial Tournament. I like his chances to win especially with Dustin Johnson and Brooks Koepka no playing in this tournament.
