Jed Lowrie Signs With The Mets

The Mets and Jed Lowrie have agreed to a 2-year deal worth $20 million. The 34-year-old infielder will give the Mets flexibility in their infield since he can play second base shortstop and third base.

Jed had a career-high 23 home runs and 99 RBI's. Lowrie finished the 2018 season with the Oakland Athletics with a .267 batting average. He also managed to make his first all-star team.
