The Yankees Can Power Their Way To The World Series

The New York Yankees beat the Minnesota Twins to advance to the ALDS. The Yankees will now play a 5 game series with the Clevland Indians.

The Yankees Starter Severino only managed to get 1 out before the bullpen was called into action. The Bronx Bombers offense picked up the slack managing to get 8 runs and winning the game.

Girardi had to get 8.2 innings out of his bullpen which can possibly be a weakness going into the ALDS. I think they need their starter to at least give them 6 innings in game 1 of the ALDS.

1,2, and 3 hitters for the Yankees had 2 hits apiece each with 4 at-bats. If the top of their lineup can continue to produce like that getting 6 to 8 runs a game will power the Yankees right to the World Series. I am not sure there is a better offensive team in the Amercian League that is better than the Yankees.
