Head Coaches getting ready for an exit interview

Charlie Strong
Coaches Charlie Strong has to be on the hottest of all hot seats for head coaches. When Coach Strong was hired it already felt like he was on a short leash to begin with when he was hired in 2014. I find myself feeling so for coach strong for two reason. The outcry of people calling for his job to be taken being so public has to be stressful on top of the team not performing well. I hope they respect him enough to let him finish the year, but he will definitely be his last year coaching the University of Texas.

Joe Philbin
Before the season started I said Joe Philbin will have to be at least 2-2 in order to keep his job. As we know now they went 1-3 after falling to the Jets in London in week 4. Joe went 24-28 after 3 seasons and 4 games in Miami. Joe never seemed to have a handle of this team at all.

Matt Williams
After two season winning season, 2014 Manager of Year, and 1 Division title with the Washington Nationals, Matt Williams was fired. In April 2015, this Nationals team was the World series favorites. On paper this pitching staff along side arguably the best hitter in baseball in Bryce Harper this team was suppose to win the division, and at least make a deep run in the postseason. This team in my opinion is better than the Mets, but they did not play like it towards the end of the season. Who ever the new manager is the Nationals still have high expectations.

Jeff Fisher
Coach Fisher is a guy that has somehow avoided the hot seat. The Rams have not won 8 games under Jeff Fisher and open the season at 2-3 after 5 games. 2015 seems to be the year this team takes that turn from below average to average or above average. If this does not happen the Rams organization has to at least question if Coach Fisher is the guy for this Job.
