TIM HUDSON
who picked Tim Hudson to be in NL Cy Young race. the closets Tim has come to a Cy Young was back in the 2000 season where he went 20-6 for the Oakland Athletics and finished second in Cy Young voting. Tim is on pace to have the lowest ERA of His Career.
JOSH JOHNSON
The young ace Josh Johnson probaly should be some NBA team small forward at 6'7 and 250lb. Josh has all right stuff as a pitcher. Josh is a lot of people favorites to win the Cy Young in the 2010 season his number are up there with the best of them.
UBALDO JIMENEZ
If the season ending at the all star break he would be without a doubt have been the NL Cy Young award winner. Ubaldo is having a breakout season for the rockies and his no hitter only helps his Cy young campaign. Ubaldo is being considered the best pitcher the rockies have seen in there franchise history.
ROY HALLADAY
Once the blue Jays deal with the Phillies went through Roy Halladay was the favorite to win the NL Cy Young. Roy Halladay also pitched a perfect game against the marlins to help his NL Cy Young campaign. Roy has a AL Cy Young on his trophy case already from the 2003 season
ADAM WAINWRIGHT
Adam and Cy Young talk isn't all that new to him. Adam finished 3rd in NL Cy Young Voting with a 19-8 record and 212 strikeouts. Adam Wainwright already has set a career high in complete games with 5 already. Adam also made the all star team for the first time this season.
CHRIS CARPENTER
Carpenter has his good stuff working for him once again. Carpenter has as good of a chance as any other NL pitcher to win NL Cy Young in the 2010 season. Chris Carpenter is trying win another Cy Young award like he did in the 2005 season.
MAT LATOS
Last but not least Mat Latos maybe one of the best pitchers flying under the radar. Mat is the youngest of the other NL Cy Young Candidates at the age of 22. Mat Latos Has the numbers and the filthy pitches to hang with the best of them
