Nike Releases Official Statement On Ja Morant

 Ja Morant was seen hold in a pistol on one of his Instagram stories while inside a nightclub. The Memphis Grizzlies have stated that Ja Morant will be away from the team for at least two days. 

Nike has released their official statement on the Ja Morant situation. 

"We appreciate Ja’s accountability and that he is taking the time to get the help he needs. We support his prioritization of his well-being," Nike Official Statemnet. 

It sounds like Nike and the NBA are not totally giving up on Ja Morant. Morant has come off as if he is accountable for his actions and will strive to do better going forward.
