Trevor Bauer Won't Face Criminal Charges

 It has been reported that Los Angeles Dodgers pitcher Trevor Bauer will not face criminal charges for sexual assault charges. Los Angeles prosecutors made this decision after a 5-month long investigation into the sexual assault case.

Unfortunately, this does not mean Bauer can rejoin the Dodgers. Whether the all-star pitcher can play for his team again or not is up to the MLB and Rob Manfred.

I think ultimately Trevor Bauer will be cleared to play in the 2022 season. If Bauer is cleared of criminal charges It makes no sense to keep him from playing.
