Brian Flores Will Sue The NFL And Three Teams

Former Miami Dolphins head coach Brian Flores is suing the NFL for alleging discrimination regarding his interview processes. He is also suing The Denver Broncos, New York Giants, and his former team the Miami Dolphins.

Flores is alleging the Dolphins owner Stephen Ross offer him an extra incentive to tank. The lawsuit states Ross offered Flores $100,000 for every game loss.

Brian is also accusing the New York Giants of interviewing him only to fulfill the NFL's Rooney Rule which requires NFL teams to interview at least one minority candidate for the team's open positions.

The lawsuits also point out the Denver Broncos. Brian Flores alleged the Broncos general manager John Elway arrived at the interview an hour late. He also said Elway and others were hungover when they arrived at the interview.

The Miami Dolphin has issued a public statement denying Brian's allegations.
