Anaheim Ducks Bob Murray is Headed To Alcohol Abuse Program

 The Anaheim Ducks have announced that Bob Murray will be enrolled in an alcohol abuse program. Effective immediately Bob Murray will resign as executive vice president and general manager. 

Murray allegedly performed "improper professional conduct". The team has not revealed what "improper professional conduct" is at this time. 

"First and foremost, we apologize on behalf of the organization to anyone affected by misconduct from Bob, we expect every member of our organization to be treated with respect and will not stand for abuse of any kind We will now begin a methodical, extensive search for a permanent general manager to lead us forward. We expect to complete this process no later than next summer." - Henry Samueli, Anaheim Ducks Owner

Assistant general manager Jeff Solomon will take on the role of interim general manager.
