Mika Zibanejad Gets $68 Million Contract

 

New York Rangers have locked down their top center Mika Zibanejad. Mika has agreed to an 8-year contract worth $68 million.

"Since joining the team in 2016, Mika has emerged as one of the premier players in the NHL, in addition to being a great player on the ice, Mika is an exemplary person off of the ice. The Rangers feel they have a core foundation of talented players to be competitive for years to come. They have not been in the Stanley Cup since 2014.
