Buster Posey Opts Out Of The 2020 Seasons

On the latest episode of MLB players to opt-out of the 2020 MLB Season, we have Buster Posey.

San Francisco Giants catcher Buster Posey has elected to opt-out of the 2020 MLB season. The former MVP has stated that his family has adopted identical twin girls and he does not want to put their health at risk.

"After weighing it for a long time, talking to doctors, I just feel like in the current state that we are right now and these babies being as fragile as they are for the next four months at a minimum, this ultimately wasn't that difficult a decision for me" - Buster Posey

Buster Posey joins the list of top players like Los Angeles Dodgers pitcher David Price and Washington Nationals first baseman Ryan Zimmerman
