Cam Phillips Belongs On A NFL Roster

Cam Phillips is head and shoulders the top wide receiver in the XFL. Cam collected 455 receiving yards and 9 touchdowns before the seasons was suspended after 5 games. 

The Virginia Tech wideout had a short stay on the Buffalo Bill practice squad in 2018 and he was waived in 2019.

I can think of a few NFL teams that have some holes at the wide receiver position. Cam Phillips can be a solid number 2 or slot receiver for a good team. He can possibly be a number 1 receiver on a bad team.
