Khabib Rejects Rematch With Conner McGregor

The UFC's light heavyweight champion Khabib Nurmagomedov is saying he has no interest in a rematch with Conner McGregor.

"They just want to see drama, if you ask people who's going to win, 99% is going to say Khabib, like he did the first time, right? But people want to see a big drama show, only for this one. If we talk about money, this is good. If we talk about drama, this is good. If we talk about real lightweight contender or real lightweight championship fight, this is not good. This is not a real lightweight championship fight. But if we talk about drama and money, of course this is good." - Khabib Nurmagomedov

The reality is Khabib can have no interest in a rematch all he wants to, the fight is still going to happen. UFC is not like the sport of Boxing. The fights that the people want to see will happen in the UFC unless something out of the ordinary happens.

Khabib next fight will be against Tony Ferguson in the UFC 249 main event on April 18 in Brooklyn, N.Y
