The Panthers Hire Matt Rhule As Head Coach

The Carolina Panthers have hired NCAA coach Matt Rhule as their next head coach. 

Rhule was the head coach of the Temple Owls for 4 years and the Baylor Bears for 3 years. He has a combined NCAA head coaching record of 47-43. He managed to make it to 4 bowl games with a record of 1-3. 

Matt Rhule was rumored to have piqued the interest of the New York Giants, but it seems that things were mutual between The Panthers and Matt Rhule.
