Should Brandon Ingram Be An All-Star?

I think the only thing that is holding Brandon Ingram back from being an all-star is the Pelicans are one of the worst teams in the NBA. I would like to see an exception be made from Brandon Ingram this year. He should be rewarded for putting together a good season.
