The Rangers Acquire Cory Kluber

The Texas Rangers have acquired all-star pitcher Cory Kluber from the Cleveland Indians.

The Cleveland Indians will get pitcher Emmanuel Clase and outfielder Delino DeShields from the Rangers in exchange for Cory Kluber.

Cory Kluber is set to make $17.5 million in 2020 and he has a club option for $18 million in 2021. The Texas Rangers are hoping Kluber can bounce back to Cy Young award-winning form in the 2020 season.
