Duke University was a 27.5 point favorite at home to win this game. This is Duke's first non-conference home loss since the year 2000.

Gavin Kensmil scooped up a loose ball and passed it to his teammate Nathan Bain who hit the game-winning layup in the final seconds of overtime. The final score was 85-83.
