Gordon Hayward Will Be Out For 6 Weeks

The good news is Gordon Hayward has had successful surgery on his broken left hand. The bad news is this left-hand injury will keep Hayward off the court for at least 6 weeks. 

"It's going to be tough because he was playing great, and we were playing great as a team, but, just next-man-up mentality. Next guy has to be ready." - Jayson Tatum

Hayward was off to a promising start to the 2019-2020 season. He was averaging 18.6 points per game while shooting 55.5% from the field.

it will be interesting to see what head coach Brad Stevens will do with the starting lineup in Gordon Hayward's absence.
