Ryan Kalil Comes Out Of Retirement And Signs With The Jets

The New York Jets have convinced retired Center Ryan Kalil to come out of retirement to take a 1-year deal worth $8.5 million.

Kalil is a 5-time pro bowler and spent his entire career with the Carolina Panthers. I am not sure what Adam Gase did to convince Ryan Kalil to come out of retirement, but the Jets were in need of buffering their offensive line.

This moves by the Jets shows me that they are doing all they can to make sure Sam Darnold has the things he needs to be successful this season.
