Ryan Fitzpatrick Named The Starting Quarterback For The Dolphins

The Miami Dolphins head coach Brian Flores has announced that Ryan Fitzpatrick will start in Week 1 against the Baltimore Ravens.

"After a thorough evaluation of OTAs, training camp, games, practice, we felt this was the best move for the team going into the season, Ryan has done a really good job from a leadership standpoint, from an execution standpoint, and we feel like it's the best move for the team." - Brin Flores, Dolphins Head Coach

I personally do not agree with starting 36-year-old Fitzpatrick over Josh Rosen. Unless Brian Flores is basically saying Rosen is not as good as he is perceived at quarterback. The Dolphins are hopeful they can get some of that Fitz-Magic to start the season.
