Charles Barkley Says Westbrook Needs To Move To Off Guard

During a SportsCenter segment, Charles Barkley was asked about the Russell Westbrook being traded to the Houston Rockets. 

Chuck believes the best way for the Rockets to succeed in 2019-2020, Russell Westbrook needs to be the shooting guard and not the Point Guard.
