Jeff Skinner Signs With Sabres For $72 Million

The Buffalo Sabres and Jeff Skinner have agreed on an 8-year-deal worth $72 million. 

Skinner is coming off a season where he scored 40 goals. He is widely considered to be one of the most productive players in the NHL today. 

The question is will the Sabres actually build a team around Skinner? The Buffalo Sabres have not made the playoffs since 2011.
