The Utah Jazz Was The Better Team

It is very easy to get caught up in the star-studded roster that Oklahoma City Thunder put together. In fact, the star power that OKC has would be the only reason they were the favorite to win this series. I feel people overlooked the fact that the Thunder and Jazz both finished the regular season with 48-34 records.

Carmelo Anthony averaged 11.8 points a game on 37% shooting and 21% shooting from 3 point range. He played a horrible series from jump ball in game 1. It felt to me that the Jazz players trusted each other more and were simply not afraid of the Oklahoma City Thunder at all.

The credit should go to the Utah Jazz playing a great series of basketball not to the underachievements of the Oklahoma City Thunder.
