Bryan Price Is Out As Reds Manager
After just 18 games the Reds have decided to fire manager Bryan Price. Price has been the Reds manager since 2014 accumulating a record of 279-387. That's a 41% winning percentage across 5 seasons.
The Reds are clearly not one of the top 5 teams in the National League but It looks like they believe they have the talent on their roster right now to be better 3-15 to start the season. The Reds have not been in the playoffs since 2013 and Dusty Baker was the manager.
Bench coach Jim Riggleman will now serve as the interim manager effective immediately.
